<br />1. Filing - Any person whose application is denied or who is issued a permit and
<br />objects to restrictions or conditions included in the permit may appeal the matter
<br />to the City Manager.
<br />
<br />2. Method of Appeal - Every appeal must be made in writing and filed with the City
<br />Clerk within seven (7) days of the final decision or determination of the body or
<br />official whose action is being appealed. The appeal shall state the grounds upon
<br />which the appeal is made and shall be accompanied by any supporting
<br />information the applicant wishes considered during the appeal
<br />
