<br />6.1F <br />Page 6 <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />d,. <br />The proposed Mills Act contract seeks to insure the long term preservation of the <br />subject resource which is exempt from CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act) <br />review, per section 15331, Class 31 of the CEQA guidelines. <br /> <br />PUBLIC NOTIFICATION <br />None required, however the applicants were notified. <br /> <br />FUTURE STEPS <br />Upon receipt of the subject Mills Act Contract recommendation the City Council will be <br />expected to consider the Planning Commission's recommendation on the adoption of a <br />Mills Act Contract for the subject property. <br /> <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />. Not recommend approval of a Mills Act Contract for the subject property. <br />.
