Jany <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS - NONE <br /> <br />I. 702 Warren: 10 year program (subject to HRAC review and work <br />approval) <br /> <br />1) Complete exterior work and paint house and garage ryvood Moss paint by <br />Kelly Moore for the siding and White for the trim) <br /> <br />2) Replace siding around the newly rebuilt back room, located behind the <br />kitchen, with new original type siding <br /> <br />3) Add historically compatible garage doors, storage shed, and shore up <br />storage shed and structural integrity of garage (if physically possible) <br /> <br />4) Complete landscaping of front, side, and back yards with sod and sprinkler <br />system <br /> <br />5) Build a white picket fence around the front yard <br /> <br />6) Restore front exterior doors (check on restoration with security in mind) <br /> <br />7) Replace porch flooring with compatible materials such as wood Planking <br /> <br />8) Remove existing sheetrock on the interior walls of the porch <br /> <br />9) Replace walkways to the front porch and back door entrance with bricks. <br /> <br />10) Replace existing dirt driveway. <br />
