Include design, materials, condition, alterations, size, selting, and boundaries) <br />The property contains a single family dwelling in the Craftsman style. It is one story with a hipped mof and intersecting twin front <br />gables and a centered entry porch. Each gable end has knee brackets, chisel point barge board, attic vent and a three-part window <br />with 6-over-1 wood sash window flanked by original 9-over-l wood sash windows. The entry porch as been enclosed, however, <br />the enclosure is not a character defining feature. Low steps and solid rail lead to the entry porch. The side addition has three-part, <br />6-over-6 wood sash windows on the front and side. Remaining windows are original6-0ver-l wood sash. The residence is sided <br />with ship lap wood siding at the water table and painted wood shingles on the upper elevations. There is a brick chimney with <br />corbel chimney top. A rear porch was screened-in and a deck added at a later date, however, the residence retains a high level of <br />integrity. A free-standing garage at the rear of the parcel is deteriorated. The residence is sited on a comer parcel with a sod lawn <br />with mature trees and plantings. and concrete walkways.
