The City <br />and/or Agency would need to seek another vendor, which would delay occupancy of the <br />Courthouse Square concession space. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact to incorporate vendors into the Courthouse Square concession <br />spaces. For the first year, Daily Boost's lease rent is approximately $3,450 and license <br />fees are $980, Daily Boost will pay its own utilities (water and electricity are metered <br />separately). In addition, Daily Boost will pay common area maintenance of $600 per <br />month ($7,200 annually) to partially fund the Courthouse Square maintenance.
