<br />The Director may require a permittee to provide public liability and property damage
<br />insurance with endorsements as may be appropriate to protect Courthouse Square and
<br />the public using such area.
<br />
<br />Other Permits and Licenses
<br />The issuance of a Courthouse Square Events Permit does not relieve any person from
<br />the obligation to obtain any other permits or licenses required pursuant to this Code or
<br />as required by other regulatory agencies.

<br />Vendin or Offerin for Sale An Food or Merchandise .Hrbhlbited
<br />Vending or offering for sale any food or merchandise, inclu mobile food vendors, as
<br />defined in Chapter 13.10 of this Code, are prohibited,'purthouse Square, its
<br />perimeter sidewalks and to the centerline of adjace-rt streef~,!,:- Hamilton Street,
