<br />negative impacts are likely to occur due to the location, size and nature of the
<br />event and the availability of parking, an adequate parking plan may be
<br />required to include, but not be limited to, the following:

<br />b. Proof that the adjacent property owners whose property is proposed for
<br />event parking have granted permission for event attendees to park on
<br />their property;
