" 1/24/00 <br />computed in accordance with the respective bidders' proposals for the <br />construction of Fire Station No. 11, are hereby accepted and said bidders are <br />hereby found and declared to be the lowest responsible bidders within their <br />respective trade for said Project. <br />3. Each low bidder listed on Exhibit 'A," attached hereto shall, pursuant to <br />the Agreement, enter into an agreement with Butler for the construction of Fire <br />Station No. 11. <br />4. All bids, other than the bids listed on Exhibit 'A," attached hereto, are <br />hereby rejected. <br />5. Any and all informalities and irregularities in the aforementioned bids <br />are hereby waived. <br />6. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to re- advertise for bids for the <br />trades listed on Exhibit 'A" attached hereto. <br />7.
