2/7/00 <br />2. The City of Redwood City will provide local matching funds. <br />3. The City of Redwood City understands that the STP and CMAQ Improvement <br />program funding for the project is fixed at $147,000.00 (STP /CMAQ amount), and that <br />any cost increases must be funded by the City of Redwood City from local matching <br />funds, and that the City of Redwood City does not expect any cost increases to be <br />funded with STP or CMAQ Improvement Program funds. <br />4. Construction of Rubberized Railroad Crossings in the Cities of Burlingame <br />and San Mateo will be built as described in this resolution and, if approved, as specified <br />in the MTC's TIP. <br />5. The program funds are expected to be obligated by September 30, 2002. <br />6. The Director of Community Development Services is hereby authorized and <br />directed to transmit a copy of this resolution to the MTC in conjunction with the filing of <br />the application. <br />7. The MTC is requested to support the application for the project described in <br />the resolution and to program the project, if approved, in MTC's TIP. <br />8.
