4/24/00 <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by the City <br />Council of the City of Redwood City an agreement for the conveyance of the <br />Properties from the Agency to Habitat; and <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to convey title to the City Properties to the <br />Agency to assist the Agency in proceeding with the transfer of the Properties to <br />Habitat. <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Mayor of the City of Redwood City is hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute the deed of conveyance to transfer the City Properties to the <br />Agency. <br />2.
