Clerk, to which reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved, and said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the lowest <br />responsible bidder for the replacement and /or repair of motors to the City. <br />2. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of Koffler Electrical <br />Mechanical Apparatus Repair, is, and each of them are, hereby waived. <br />3. All bids other than the aforementioned bid of Koffler Electrical <br />Mechanical Apparatus Repair are hereby rejected. <br />4.
