DES:djU 05/21/96 (117/41) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 6/3/96 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12770 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP NO. 91-7 <br /> (267 WEST OAKWOOD BOULEVARD), REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br /> SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; AND APPROVING AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF FUTURE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain subdivision map entitled Parcel Map No. <br />91-7 (267 West Oakwood Boulevard) in the City of Redwood City, <br />prepared by A.C. & H., Civil Engineers, for Abdel H. Ismail and <br />Mimi H. Ismail, owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore <br />determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative <br />map for said subdivision, is approved and accepted subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owners or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owners" shall mean the owners or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br /> Construction of Future Improvements Parcel Map No. 91-7" <br /> (form dated 05/21/96) wherein Owners, in consideration of <br /> the approval of said map by City, shall agree to construct <br /> and complete in the time specified in said agreement, all <br /> future improvements required of Owners under the provisions <br /> <br /> <br />
