DES:dj~ 05/21/96 (117/41) <br /> <br />of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being <br />the subdivision regulations of said City, and such other <br />improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement. <br /> <br /> (b) After the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, but before commencement of construction of the <br />Future Improvements defined and described in the above- <br />mentioned agreement, Owners shall furnish to City and file <br />with the City Clerk a bond or deposit securing the faithful <br />performance of said Owners' of all work and construction of <br />all future improvements designated or mentioned in said <br />agreement, within the time therein specified by City, the <br />principal amount of which security shall be equal to the <br />costs of such construction as determined by City; and Owners <br />shall also furnish to City and file with the City Clerk, a <br />bond or deposit securing the payment by Owners of all bills <br />for labor and materials incurred in the construction of any <br />and all said improvements, and the doing of all other work <br />therein agreed to be done by Owners, in an amount equal to <br />the costs of such construction as determined by City. <br />Owners shall have prepared complete "as built" plans for <br />said improvements prior to the release of said bond or <br />deposit. <br /> <br /> (c) After the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, and pursuant to the above-mentioned agreement, <br />Owners shall undertake to guarantee for one (1) year the <br />workmanship and materials of all work and construction of <br />all Future Improvements defined and described in said <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
