0 R I G I N A L _~22/96 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12767 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF AMENDED AGREEMENT FOR <br /> CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT/GENERAL <br /> CONTRACTOR SERVICE NEW CITY HALL <br /> PROJECT <br /> <br /> (RUDOLPH & SLETFEN, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to construct a new City <br />Hall in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />construction management/general contractor services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City approved an <br />agreement entitled "Agreement - Professional Construction Management and <br />General Contractor Services - New City Hall," (the "Agreement"), on May 22, <br />1995, as amended by Resolution No. 12478, for the performance by Rudolph & <br />Sletten, Inc., of the aforesaid services required by the Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council approved an amended agreement entitled <br />"Amended Agreement - Professional Construction Management and General <br />Contractor Services - New City Hall Project" (form dated 12/13/95RRR) by <br />Resolution No. 12674, approved on December 19, 1995, for the performance of <br />the aforesaid services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and Rudolph & Sletten, Inc., desire <br />to further amend the agreement. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> <br />
