BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Amended Agreement - Professional <br />Construction Management and General Contractor Services - New City Hall <br />Project" (form dated 05/16/96), by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California and Rudolph & Sletten, Inc., for <br />the performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for <br />the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and City <br />Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-40 2 <br />G:/shared/Redwood/Council <br />o5/10/96 <br />FX$:rg <br /> <br /> <br />
