2. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of Pacific Utility <br />Equipment Co. is, and each of them are, hereby waived. <br />3. All bids other than the aforementioned bid of Pacific Utility Equipment <br />Co. are hereby rejected. <br />4.
