Salary Effective with the first full pay period on or after September 1, 2003, <br />increase will be based on formula. <br />Deferred Compensation Effective with the first full pay period on or after <br />September 1, 2003, 2% City contribution to deferred compensation plan. <br />Vision Effective with the first full pay period on or after September 1, 2003, City <br />to provide Vision Care Benefits for employee and dependents. <br />Dental Increase Dental Benefits to 1K preventative, 2K orthodonture. <br />Third and Fourth Year <br />Salary Effective with the first full pay period on or after September 1, 2004 and <br />September 1, 2005, increase shall be based on formula. <br />2. Employees granted part-time appointments to the position in the <br />employment classification of Police Sergeant as set forth in Exhibit A shall be <br />compensated on an hourly basis in accordance with the salary rates set forth in said <br />Exhibit for the period therein designated. <br />3. Resolution No. 14294 entitled, `Resolution Establishing a Salary Schedule <br />and Wage Plan for the Position of Police Sergeant; and Rescinding Resolution No. <br />13539 and Any and All Amendments Pertaining Thereto," adopted August 13, 2001, is <br />hereby rescinded. <br />4.
