eN ►_ <br />06/02/03 <br />"Redwood City will not make the use of recycled water mandatory <br />to existing residences or homeowners' associations." <br />WHEREAS, on June 2, 2003, the City Council considered the language changes <br />to Section 2.2 — Recycled Water as proposed by the June 2, 2003, staff report. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That certain Plan entitled, URBAN WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN 2003, a <br />copy of which is on file in the offices of the Public Works Services <br />Department, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved and adopted, including the proposed language <br />amending Section 2.2 — Recycled Water as set forth in the staff report of June <br />2, 2003. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the aforesaid Plan with <br />the California Department of Water Resources and with the County of San <br />Mateo within 30 days from the adoption of this resolution. <br />F:Atty /Reso /Reso.1393 14530 <br />052103 <br />
