11/24/2003 <br />the persons so elected shall then be inducted into the respective office to which <br />they have been elected. <br />SECTION 8. The City Clerk shall submit the amended ratified sections of <br />the City Charter to the Secretary of State and file a copy with the County <br />Recorder, pursuant to Government Code Section 34459, 34460 and Elections <br />Code Section 9269. <br />SECTION 9.
