12/15/2003 <br />2. The City of Redwood City accepts, adopts, and commits to implement the <br />San Mateo Countywide Stormwater Management Plan 2004 -2009, a copy of <br />which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, and requests that the San Mateo <br />Countywide Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program's (STOPPP) NPDES <br />Coordinator submit this plan to the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality <br />Control Board as part of the reapplication for NPDES permit reissuance; and <br />3.
