11/14/2005 <br />4.That the General Plan is hereby amended to change the General Plan <br />designation of the real properties located at 515, 551 and 553 Lucerne Avenue, <br />Redwood City, California (Assessor’s Parcel Nos. 053-293-170, 053-293-140 <br />and 053-293-150) as shown on the attached Exhibit “A”, which is incorporated <br />herein by this reference, from Residential-High Density to Commercial-Mixed <br />Use. <br />5.That the General Plan is hereby amended to change the General Plan <br />designation of the real propertylocated at 502 Woodside Road, Redwood City, <br />California (Assessor’s Parcel No. 053-293-130 as shown on the attached Exhibit <br />“A”, which is incorporated herein by this reference, from Residential-High Density <br />to Commercial-Mixed Use. <br />6.That the General Plan is hereby amended to change the General Plan <br />designation of the real property known as Assessor’s Parcel Nos. 053-293-120 <br />and 053-293-330, Redwood City, California,as shown on the attached Exhibit <br />“A”, which is incorporated herein by this reference, fromResidential-High Density <br />to Commercial-Mixed Use. <br />7.That this Resolution shall be effective on the effective date of Ordinance <br />_________ amending Article 60, Zoning Map No. 8 of Ordinance No. 1130, <br />affecting the above-described properties. <br />* * * <br />Atty/Reso.1572RESO. # 14675 <br />2MUFF# 603 <br />110805 <br />
