<br />include sufficient information for City staff to be able to determine the <br />general location of buildings, roads, parking, open space areas, pedestrian <br />walkways and driveways. The Conceptual Design Plan will not constitute <br />a formal application but will be used by the City staff to aid the applicant <br />to prepare a complete application and enable staff to calculate the <br />Application Deposit. <br /> <br />"Current Planner" Any planner in Current Planning. <br /> <br />"Current Planning" The group of staff working on processing <br />applications from the public and who charge time to account number 150- <br />63210 and not to account number 150-63220 (Strategic or long-range <br />planning). <br /> <br />"General Fund" The City General Fund, denoted in the City financial <br />records by the fund prefix 150. <br /> <br />"Initial Deposit" The amount required to be submitted to cover the City's <br />costs for staff review. As of May 8, 2006, the required Initial Deposit is <br />$500, $1,000, $2,500 or $5,000, depending upon the permit process. The <br />Initial Deposit may be reviewed annually by City Council during the <br />adoption of the Annual City budget. <br /> <br />"Minor Project" Any project of less than one quarter (1/4) acre of land. <br /> <br />"Project Review Period" That period of time beginning with the <br />applicant's first contact with City staff, either by telephone or in person <br />and ending thirty (30) days after the final discretionary approval of the <br />project or thirty (30) days after the date of any decision on a final appeal of <br />the project, whichever is the later. <br /> <br />D. Calculation of the Application Deposit <br />The amount of the deposit required for the permits listed in Paragraph B of <br />this Policy shall be determined by the Planning Director1 and shall be the total <br />amount produced by adding sub-paragraphs 1 through 4 below <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />An estimate of the cost for the time of any and all City staff to review <br /> <br />1 The term Planning Director as used throughout this Policy shall mean the Planning Director or <br />his/her designee. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />14711 <br />Muff # 505 <br /> <br />-- - ~--'-----'----------- -.-------------..------------------- <br />
