On October 27, the Spooktacular will occur at <br />the Red Morton Community Center at noon, and at 3:00 p.m. at Marlin Park the <br />annual Halloween Parade takes place. <br />C. Council Member Hartnett — requested that a memo from Teri Chin about the <br />voucher program be provided to explain the details of the program in the past and <br />the future plans for the program. He further requested housing information to be <br />provided prior to the Priority Session in February. <br />D. Council Member Howard — gave a status report on the signed legislation creating <br />the Water Emergency Transit Authority (WETA) to address emergency <br />preparedness and a comprehensive water transit plan for the Bay Area. She further <br />explained that she would be contacting Jan Christensen to apprise her of the <br />Peninsula Traffic Relief Alliance school pool program that offers incentives to get <br />schools to participate in a carpool program. <br />8.
