RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF AN APPLICATION FOR $150, 000 TO THE CALIFORNIA STATE COASTAL CONSERVANCY FOR THE REDWOOD SHORES COMMUNITY LIBRARY INTERPRETIVE CENTER, APPROVING THE ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT FUNDS, AND AUTHORIZING THE LIBRARY DIRECTOR OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE IN THE NAME OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ALL NECESSARY CONTRACTS, AGREEMENTS, AMENDMENTS AND PAYMENTS REQUESTS HERETO FOR THE PURPOSES OF IMPLEMENTING THE PROJECT SPECIFIED IN THE GRANT APPLICATION
