04/27/2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment ent Act Great, and to authorize the execution of all documents ents pertaining thereto, including all understandings and assurances c onnected therewith, W, THEREFORE, E IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: I. The Action Plan and Application prepared for submission to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for a Community Development Block Grant pursuant to Tale I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, a HOME Investment Partnership Grant pursuant to the National Affordable Housing Act of 1992, and the American Recovery overt' and Reinvestment Act of 2009, copies of which as well as the Consolidated Plan are on file in the office of the Community Development Services Department of the City of Redwood City, are hereby approved. 2. The City Council does hereby certify that the City of Redwood City has followed its adopted Citizen Participation Flan as required by Section 104(a) of the Act. 3. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute and file the Application and all related documents, including all understandings and assurances necessary or appropriate in c onnection therewith, and including any amended levels of federal funding subsequently allocated, and to provide such additional information as may be required for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. 4.
