Accordingly, we ask that the City approve formal initiation <br />of the processing of the Application Submittal, per Municipal Code section 18.61, <br />as soon as possible and that formal commencement of the entitlement package <br />begin consistent with the framework and foundation of the Statement of <br />Justification. <br />Should you have any questions regarding the Application Submittal or Statement <br />of Justification, please do not hesitate to contact me or any member of the <br />Saltworks Team. <br />We look forward to actively participating with the City's staff, officials, and <br />residents on the evaluation of this application.
