11/30/2009 <br />8. The City Clerk shall submit the amended ratified sections of the City Charter <br />to the Secretary of State and file a copy with the County Recorder, pursuant to <br />Government Code Section 34459, 34460 and Elections Code Section 9269. <br />9.
