<br />7. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br /> <br />to enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br /> <br />agreements with the abovementioned companies in accordance with <br /> <br /> <br />the award of the bids for the selected materials, copies of which <br /> <br /> <br />agreements are presently on file in the office of the City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />to which reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning <br /> <br /> <br />the terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br /> <br />8. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidders <br /> <br /> <br />upon execution by them of contracts for the furnishing of said <br /> <br /> <br />selected materials, all security guaranteeing execution of the <br /> <br /> <br />contracts upon award. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-3- <br />
