The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br /> <br />that certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated 8/13/80), <br /> <br /> <br />by and between the City of Redwood City and G. Bortolotto & Co., <br /> <br /> <br />for the performance of said work in accordance with the above mentioned <br /> <br /> <br />specifications, a copy of which agreement is presently on file in the <br /> <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, to which reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br /> <br />particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br /> <br />4. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of G. Bortolotto <br /> <br /> <br />& Co. is hereby waived. <br /> <br /> <br />5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return <br /> <br /> <br />to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder upon <br /> <br /> <br />execution by it of the contract for the performance of said work, <br /> <br /> <br />all security guaranteeing execution of the contract upon award. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
