SWC:mf 2/5/81 A G R E E MEN T for the FURNISHING OF TRASH RECEPTACLES THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as "City," and HANSON CONCRETE' PRODUCTS, INC., Milpi tas, California, .hereinafter referred to as "Contractor," for the consideration hereinafter stated, hereby agree as follows: 1. Contractor shall perform everything required to be performed and shall provide and furnish to City the following described equipment and shall complete delivery of said equipment F. o. B. Redwood City within 60 days after receipt of order from the Director of Finance, in strict accordance with the contract documents therefor and on file in the office of the City Clerk of Redwood City, which contract documents are incorporated herein and made a part of this agreement as if fully set forth herein: Forty (40) Concrete Trash Receptacles. 2. City shall pay to.Contractor, as full consideration for such equipment, upon acceptance thereof by City, the total amount of Six Thousand Three Hundred Five and 07/100 Dollars ($6,305.07), plus tax and freight, in accordance with Contractor's proposal, which proposal is hereby referred to and incorporated herein, said payment to be made within thirty days after receipt of merchandise or receipt of invoice, whichever is later, in the event the equipment is approved by City.
