SWC:mf 3/5/81 A G R E E MEN T for the FURNISHING OF A 1980 CHEVROLET MALIBU THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as "City," and NATIONAL CAR RENTAL SYSTEM, INC., Burlingame, California, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor," for the consideration hereinafter stated, hereby agree as follows: 1. Contractor shall perform everything required to be performed and shall provide and furnish to City the following described equipment and shall complete delivery of said equipment F. O. B. Burlingame within 30 days after reqeipt of order from the Director of Finance, in strict accordance with the contract documents therefor and on file in the office of the Director of Finance of Redwood City, which contract documents are incorporated herein and made a part of this agreement as if fully set forth herein: 1980 Chevrolet Malibu 2. City shall pay to Contractor, as full consideration for such equipment, upon acceptance thereof by City, the total amount of Six Thousand Two Hundred Forty-eight and 70/100 Dollars ($6,248.70 in accordance with Contractor's proposal, which proposal is hereby referred to and incorporated herein, said payment to be made within 30 days after receipt of merchandise or receipt of invoice, whichever is later, in the event the equipment is approved by City.
