<br />, <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />SWC:mf 5/12/81 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />~ Q.. 8 84 7 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE REPORT OF THE COUNTY OF <br />SAN MATEO RELATING TO THE CITY/COUNTY HIGHWAY <br />PROGRAM OF 1981 AND SIGNIFYING DESIRE TO PARTICIPATE <br />IN SAID PROGRAM <br /> <br />MAY 1 8 1981 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 042065 the Board of Supervisors <br /> <br />of the County of San Mateo adopted the administrative procedures <br /> <br />contained in the document entitled "A Report on the Operation of <br /> <br />the City-County Highway Program of 1981" as the governing rules <br /> <br />for use of County gas tax funds on City/County highway system <br /> <br />projects; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms of the aforesaid report this <br /> <br />Council desires to accept said report and to apply for participation <br /> <br />in the 1981 City/County Highway Program; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOvlS: <br /> <br />1. This Council does hereby accept the "Report on the Operation <br /> <br />of the City/County Highway Program of 1981" as adopted by the Board <br /> <br />of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, and does hereby signify <br /> <br />its desire to participate in the 1981 City/County Highway Program. <br /> <br />2. The projects that this Council wishes to construct under <br /> <br />the aforesaid program are those projects listed on "Exhibit A" <br /> <br />attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8847 <br />
