Holly Interchange Project, Phase II
Estimated Cost: $2,180,000.00
This project proposes installation of a southbound off-loop
to Redwood Shores Parkway, completing the full cloverleaf
interchange along with widening of the bridge deck from
two lanes to six lanes.

2. Charter and El Camino Real Traffic Signal System Project
Estimated Cost: $274,000.00
It is proposed that a new traffic signal system be installed
and a raised concrete island extended to one existing north
of Hemlock. This island will inhibit left turns in and
out of Hemlock, reducing the conflict points currently
existing.
3. Middlefield Road and Marshall Street Traffic Signal Project
Estimated Cost: $90,000.00
It is proposed that a new traffic signal system be installed
at the intersection of Middlefield Road and Marshall Street
to alleviate the significant angle-accidents now occurring
at this location. This isa primary entrance into the
County Government Center and is currently unsignalized.
