<br />3. The City Council hereby determines that the public convenience <br />and necessity requires the reservation and exception of the easement <br />for storm drain purposes as described in paragraph 2 above, and hereby <br />declares that all proceedings taken hereunder shall be subject to such <br />reservation and exception. <br />4. Notice is hereby given that Monday, October 26, 1981, <br />at the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m., in the Board of supervisors Chambers, <br />401 Marshall Street, Redwood City, California, is the time and place <br />set for hearing all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed <br />vacation. <br />5. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause notice of the <br /> <br /> <br />proposed vacation to be made in accordance with the provisions of <br /> <br /> <br />Section 8322 of the Streets and Highways Code, and to cause publication <br /> <br /> <br />of this resolution to be made in the same manner as ordinances of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-3- <br />
