<br />1. The terms of 2 California Administrative Code Section <br /> <br />18730 and any amendments to it duly adopted by the Fair Political <br /> <br />Practices Commission together with the attached Exhibits "A-M" , in <br /> <br />which officials and employees are designated and disclosure <br /> <br />categories are set forth, are incorporated by reference, except as <br /> <br />hereinafter modified by paragraph 3, and collectively constitute <br /> <br />the amended Conflict of Interest Code of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 4(B) of the Code <br /> <br />adopted hereby, all persons holding designated positions shall <br /> <br />file statements of economic interests with those individuals so <br /> <br />designated on the attached exhibits, who shall each make and <br /> <br />retain a copy and forward the originals to the City Clerk. <br /> <br />3. All employees so designated by this Code shall file <br /> <br />annual Statements of Economic Interest as of April 1, 1982, for <br /> <br />that period from December 1, 1980-December 31, 1981i and shall <br /> <br />file by each succeeding April I for the previous calendar year. <br /> <br />4.
