agreement with Amfac Electric Supply Co. for the furnishing of <br />the abovementioned equipment in accordance with, and subject to, <br />the terms and conditions of the aforementioned specifications <br />and in accordance with the aforementioned bidder's proposal. <br />3. Any informalities in the bid mentioned in paragraph 1 <br />hereof are waived. <br />4. Any and all bids other than that bid mentioned in para- <br />graph 1 are hereby rejected. <br />5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder <br />upon execution by it of a contract for the delivery of said equip- <br />ment, all security guaranteeing execution of the contract upon <br />award. <br />
