DES:d~u 04/29/96 (103/41) <br /> <br />California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") as ministerial <br />projects, and that they do not have a significant effect on the <br />environment, and a notice of such determination has been filed <br />with the County Clerk of San Mateo County; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirements of Section 104(a) of <br />the Act, the City has followed its Citizen Participation Plan as <br />part of the process for determining how the grant funds herein <br />referenced will be used; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to approve the aforementioned <br />One Year Action Plan of the Consolidated Plan for a Community <br />Development Block Grant, and to authorize the execution of all <br />documents pertaining thereto, including all understandings and <br /> <br />assurances connected therewith; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain One Year Action Plan of the Consolidated <br />Plan prepared for submission as an application to the United <br />States Department of Housing and Urban Development for a <br />Community Development Block Grant pursuant to Title I of the <br />Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, a copy of which <br />One Year Action Plan is on file in the office of the Community <br />Development Department of the City of Redwood City, to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
