That, prior to the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the owner of said subdivision, which is also <br />the subdivider, shall enter into and execute that certain <br />proposed subdivision agreerrent on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk, entitled "Agreerrent for 1090 Main Street <br />SUbdivision," wherein the owner, in consideration of the <br />approval of said map by the City, shall agree to construct <br />and complete, in the tine specified in said agreerrent, <br />all streets and other irrprovements required of owner under <br />the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of <br />Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of said <br />City, and such other street, sewer or other irrprovements <br />designated or rrentioned in said agreerrent and/or set forth <br />in the plans and specifications for the irrprovement of <br />1090 Main Street Subdivision on file in the office of the <br />Director of Public WOrks. <br /> <br />2. That, prior to the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the owner shall furnish to the City and file <br />with the City Clerk a good. and sufficient security in a <br />form to be approved by the City Attorney, securing the <br />faithful perfo:rmance by said owner of all work and the <br />construction of all irrprovements designated or rrentioned <br />in said agreerrent, and within the tine therein specified, <br />the anount of said security to be 'IWenty-eight Thousand <br />and No/100 Dollars ($28,000.00) and also a good. and <br />sufficient security in a form to be approved by the <br />City Attorney security in payrrent by said owner of all <br /> <br />9 088 <br />
