<br />bills for labor and materials incurred in the construction <br />of any and all said improverrents, and the doing of all <br />other work therein agreed to be done by the said CMIler, <br />the anount of said security to be 'IWenty-eight Thousand <br />and No/lOO Dollars ($28,000.00). <br /> <br />3. That, prior to the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the owner shall furnish to the City and file <br />with the City Clerk certificates or policies of public <br />liability and property d.arrage insurance as required <br />by the aboverrentioned agreement entitled "Agreement for <br />1090 Main Street Subdivision," on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURI'HER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That those certain plans entitled "Irrproverrent Plans - 1090 <br /> <br />Main Street," and those certain specifications entitled "Standard <br /> <br />Specifications - City of Redwood City - August 1974" which plans <br /> <br />and specifications are now on file in the office of the Director of <br /> <br />Public Works, are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and <br /> <br />specifications according to which the above rrentioned improverrents <br /> <br />shall be done. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURI'HER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That certain proposed agreerrent between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and said CMIler, entitled "Agreement for 1090 Main Street <br /> <br />Subdivision," a copy of which is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk and to which reference is hereby made, is hereby approved, and <br /> <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
