All supplies and equipment purchased by the Sequoia Union High School District for any of the school districts or public agencies who are party to this agreement will be billed to the appropriate district or agency plus and pro rated costs of purchasing functions as stipulated in Item 4 of this agreement. 7. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein. the parties hereto may, by and through their respective governing boards, authorize the mutual modification or termination of the provisions of this agreement. 8. This Agreement shall be effective for a period of five years, commencing Any party desiring to withdraw from this Agreement shall give notice by January 1 to the other parties of its intention to withdraw.
