The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an <br />agreement with Peninsula Building Materials Co. for the furnishing <br />of the abovementioned materials in accordance with, and subject to, <br />the terms and conditions of the aforementioned specifications and in <br />accordance with the aforementioned bidder's proposal. <br />3.
