<br />C~M:djg-c 10/21/82 <br /> <br />ORIGI'NAL <br /> <br />9 0 r'" 0 <br />~;) <br /> <br />OCT 2 5 1982 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR JEFFERSON AVENUE AND <br />VETERANS BOULEVARD TRAFFIC SIGNAL PROJECT IN THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY; REJECTING ALL OTHER BIDS <br />RECEIVED; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br />SAID WORK; AND DIRECTING RETURN OF SECURITY DEPOSITS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 9212, adopted September <br /> <br />13, 1982, the City Clerk called for bids for Jefferson Avenue and <br /> <br />Veterans Boulevard Traffic Signal Project in the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, bids were received for the <br /> <br />performance of said work and filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Rosendin Electric, Inc., San Jose, California, lS <br /> <br />the lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention and desire <br /> <br />of this Council to award said bid to said Rosendin Electric, <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />Inc. ; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The bid of Rosendin Electric, Inc. in the sum of Fifty- <br /> <br />six Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-eight and No/I00 Dollars <br /> <br />($56,888.00) computed in accordance with bidder's proposal dated <br /> <br />October 12, 1982, for Jefferson Avenue and Veterans Boulevard <br /> <br />Traffic Signal Project is hereby accepted and said bidder is <br /> <br />hereby found and declared to be the lowest responsible bidder for <br /> <br />9250 <br />
