Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood City <br /> <br /> <br />for the abovementioned work, other than the bid mentioned in <br /> <br /> <br />paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br /> <br />3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br /> <br />that certain agreement entitled "Agreement" by and between the <br /> <br /> <br />City of Redwood City and Rosendin Electric, Inc. for the <br /> <br />performance of said work in accordance with the abovementioned <br /> <br /> <br />bid proposal, a copy of which agreement is presently on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk to which reference is hereby made <br /> <br />for full particulars concerning the terms and conditions <br /> <br /> <br />thereof. <br /> <br /> <br />4. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of the <br /> <br /> <br />aforementioned Rosendin Electric, Inc. is hereby waived. <br /> <br /> <br />5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful <br /> <br />bidder upon execution by it of a contract for the performance <br /> <br />of said work, all security guaranteeing execution of the <br /> <br />contract upon award. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
