<br />DES:djg-c <br />DES:djg-c <br /> <br />1/21/83 <br />2/28/83R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9307 <br /> <br />COPy <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FINDING AND DECLARING THAT THE PRINCIPAL <br />AMOUNTS HEREIN SPECIFIED OF REDWOOD CITY GENERAL <br />IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64 1968 FACILITIES BONDED <br />INDEBTEDNESS HERETOFORE APPROVED BUT NOT INCURRED ARE <br />NOT NECESSARY FOR THE OBJECTS AND PURPOSES FOR WHICH <br />APPROVED, AND CANCELLING AND VOIDING SAID AMOUNTS <br />APPROVED <br /> <br />FES 2 8 1983 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of Redwood City did, on December 16, <br /> <br />1968 adopt its Resolution No. 5851 canvassing a bond election held <br /> <br />December 10, 1968 in Redwood City General Improvement District No. <br /> <br />1-64; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as evidenced by said resolution, the voters approved <br /> <br />incurring a general obligation bonded indebtedness in the <br /> <br />principal amounts and for the corresponding projects set forth <br /> <br />as Measures B, D, E, and F in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto, <br /> <br />and by this reference incorporated herein; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, none of the said principal amounts so approved has <br /> <br />been authorized for issuance of bonded indebtedness; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has determined that the principal <br /> <br />amounts so approved are no longer necessary for the objects <br /> <br />and purposes for which they, and each of them were, authorized, <br /> <br />and that said amounts should be cancelled and voided; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />9 ~3 O~l <br />
