Employees granted part-time appointments <br /> <br />to positions ln the employment classifications designated in <br /> <br />Section 1 hereof shall be compensated on an hourly basis in <br /> <br />accordance with the salary rates set forth in said section <br /> <br />for the periods therein designated. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. Employees appointed to positions in the classi- <br /> <br />fications designated in Section 1 hereof and who are required <br /> <br />to work an eight hour shift commencing between the hours of <br /> <br />3:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. shall receive additional compensation <br /> <br />in the amount of sixty-five cents ($.65) per hour, provided, <br /> <br />however, that such additional compensation shall not be in- <br /> <br />eluded in computations for overtime or other pay differentials, <br /> <br />except, however, if such employee has worked an eight hour <br /> <br />-3- <br />
