EXHIBIT "A" A portion of that certain Parcel of property conveyed by Stauf- fer Chemical Company to Leslie Salt Co., by Deed dated 26 Nov- ember, 1940, and recorded 26 November, 1940, in Book 925 of Of- ficial Records of San Mateo County, at Page 374, more particul- arly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Lot 10, as said Lot is shown on that certain Map entitled "MAP OF CERTAIN LANDS BE- LONGING TO REDWOOD CITY, HARBOR COMPANY", filed September 23, 1921, in the Office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, Cal- ifornia, in Book 10 of Maps at Pages 45 and 46; said corner being on the centerline of the Southern Pacific Company track, said centerline of said track being located 8.50 feet Westerly from the Easterly line of a 48.50 foot right-of-way described in that Deed dated July 31, 1924, and recorded in Volume 133 at Page 43, Official Records of San Mateo County, California. Said point being distant 33.20 feet Northerly along said centerline from the beginning of a curve of radius 3819.83 feet shown as Station 95 + 00.8 on Southern Pacific Company maps of Redwood Harbor Spur Sheet No.2, revised October 5, 1953; THENCE along the Southerly line of said Lot 10, South 670 59' West a dis- tance of 49.73 feet to a point on the Westerly line of said 48.50 foot right-of-way; THENCE Southerly along said Westerly line of said 48.50 foot right-of-way and Westerly and South- erly along the Westerly line of the Southern Pacific Company 58.50 foot right-of-way as described in said Deed, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, said point being Westerly and distant 50.00 feet, more or less, measured at right angles from a point on centerline of said track, said last mentioned point being 328.00 feet Southerly, measured along said centerline from the South- east corner of said Lot 10; THENCE continuing Southerly along the Westerly line of sa~d 58.50 foot right-of-way a distance of 125.00 feet; THENCE leaving said Westerly right-of-way line North 720 54' West a distance of 962.86 feet; THENCE North 170 06' East a distance of 186.80 feet; thence South 410 54' East a distance of 120.00 feet; THENeE South 720 54' East. a distance of 860.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
