The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute a quitclaim deed in the form of Exhibit I <br /> <br />hereof quitclaiming any and all interest of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City in and to the properties therein described to Leslie Salt Co., <br /> <br />a Delaware corporation. <br /> <br />3.
