<br />SW~:djg-c 5/31/83 <br /> <br />said Standards; and <br />WHEREAS, the Commission of South Bayside System Authority, <br />prusuant to said Commission's Resolution No. SBSA 83-10, entitled <br />"Resolution Approving and Recommending Execution of Supplemental <br />Agreement to Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement," adopted May 3, <br />1983, by said Commission, has transmitted a supplemental agreement <br />to the Agreement to be entered into pursuant to Section 9.5 of the <br /> <br />agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />1. That certain agreement entitled "Joint Exercise of Powers <br /> <br /> <br />Agreement - South Bayside System Authority - Supplement Agreement <br /> <br />II" (form dated 5/03/83R), providing the Authority with the ability <br /> <br /> <br />to comply with the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, a copy of <br /> <br /> <br />which Supplemental Agreement is on file in the office of the <br /> <br /> <br />City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City <br /> <br />Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said supplemental <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to transmit <br /> <br /> <br />a copy of this resolution to the South Bayside System Authority, and, <br /> <br /> <br />upon execution, to transmit the supplemental agreement herein <br /> <br /> <br />approved to the other parties to the Agreement for execution. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
