A custodial fee will be charged at current salary schedule for custodial help for hours other than regular daily hours of operation (Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday). (c) Group IV and V Activities: (1) Use of one meeting room: current hourly custodial rate. Use of two meeting rooms: $12.00 per hour. Use of three meeting rooms: $15.00 per hour. (3) A $10.00 cleaning and maintenance deposit for each room shall be paid in advance of use of any room which deposit may be refunded in all or in part depending upon the amount of extraordinary work required to clean up or set up said facilities. (4) Use of meeting rooms by persons or organizations requires payment of a 30 percent surcharge on the total fee if such use is clearly and primarily for the benefit of non-residents of Redwood City. (d) Group VI and VII Activities: (1) Use of single room, $85.00 for four hours or less. Use of two rooms, $160.00 for four hours or less. Use of three rooms, $200.00 for four hours or less. (2) Use of kitchen, $50.00. (3) Use of tables and chairs for functions where such facilities are required or requested (including, but not limited to, dinners where guests are seated, luncheons, wedding receptions, etc.) - no charge for 50 persons or any number of persons less than 50 persons; 10~ for every person using such facilities in excess of the first 50 persons. (4) Use of facilities by persons or organizations requires payment of a 30 percent surcharge on the total rental fee if such use is clearly and primarily for the benefit of non-residents of Redwood City.
