<br />SWC:rb 9/16/83 <br /> <br />j. Bathroom lavatory has no trap or waste line, <br />causing severe water damage throughout bathroom. <br /> <br />k. Tub-shower enclosure is unfinished and less than <br />70" above drain inlet with a non-smooth absorbent <br />surface. <br /> <br />1. Habitable rooms are damp and unsanitary. <br /> <br />m. Gas wall heater is fitted with flex gas lines with <br />concealed shut-off. <br /> <br />n. Water heater is installed in enclosed dining area <br />on wood floor without pan and with no protection <br />from combustibles. <br /> <br />o. Water heater was installed without permits or <br />inspection with temperature and pressure relief <br />valve installed in PVC. <br /> <br />3. The owner of the building at 1605 Middlefield Road is <br /> <br />hereby directed to abate such public nuisance within thirty (30) <br /> <br />days from the date of this hearing by either (a) properly <br /> <br />reconstructing or repairing said building or (b) razing or <br /> <br />removing such building. <br /> <br />4. The owner of such building is hereby notified that <br /> <br />unless the owner abates such nuisance within such thirty (30) day <br /> <br />period the building will be razed or removed by the City and all <br /> <br />expenses therof shall be made a lien on the property at 1605 <br /> <br />Middlefield Road (APN 053-154-110) in accordance with the <br /> <br />provisions of Section 9.8 of the Redwood City Code. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />3 <br />
