Water heater is installed in enclosed dining area <br />on wood floor without pan and with no protection <br />from combustibles. <br /> <br />o. Water heater was installed without permits or <br />inspection with temperature and pressure relief <br />valve installed in PVC. <br /> <br />3. The owner of the building at 1605 Middlefield Road is <br /> <br />hereby directed to abate such public nuisance within thirty (30) <br /> <br />days from the date of this hearing by either (a) properly <br /> <br />reconstructing or repairing said building or (b) razing or <br /> <br />removing such building. <br /> <br />4.
